I hit password reset and it said email not recognized. What do I do?

First make sure you have already set up account. Creating an account is separate from purchasing your Kuvée dispenser, so entering the email you used when purchasing, will not work, unless you've also used that email to set up an account. If you have not yet created an account, go to kuvee.com and follow these instructions

If you have already set up an account, first check the spelling and make sure you are entering the correct email address that is linked to your Kuvée account. It is the email address you used when you signed up for an account at kuvee.com, and likely the email address where you receive Kuvée emails. 

If you have not logged in to your account in a while, it is possible you will need to create a new account. In November 2016, we updated our online profiles, which required all customers to recreate their accounts for security reasons. If this applies to you, please follow these instructions to create your new account.
