I hit reset password and haven't received an email yet. What do I do?

Depending on your email provider, there may occasionally be a lag in the receipt of these types of emails from Kuvée. Please allow 5-10 minutes before re-requesting a password reset. You should also check your spam folder to make sure the email was not flagged as spam. 

If  you have not received a password reset email after 10 minutes, please contact us at support@kuvee.com. When you do, please let us know what email the account is setup under, so that we can expedite the password reset for you.
