We work to ensure the highest quality and practices are used in shipping to ensure minimal damage to your product and wine. But if there is damage, we promise to make it right. Please email us at support@kuvee.com and describe the damage. In your email, please let us know what wine it was that arrived damaged, and if you know your order number, please include that too.
