If you think you received a FreshPour™ bottle that has gone bad, or you had one which tasted great upon opening, but went bad sooner than expected, we want to make it right. Just contact us at support@kuvee.com

Please don't throw away the bottle just yet. We'll likely send you a box to return it, so we can try to understand what could have caused the issue and continue to improve the quality of our product for you and all Kuvéers ongoing.
