What If I Want to Request Specific Wines for My Monthly Order?

If you want to request specific wines for your order or are enrolled in a custom membership plan simply send us an email at members@kuvee.com and we will be able to make the necessary changes for you.

On top of that, you will receive an email before your order ships with confirmation of the wines being sent. If you want to change any of the wines being sent to you, reply to the email within 24 hours with the replacement you would like.

We will adjust the charge on your card for the difference in price between your new selection and the one initially being sent.
