How Do I Change out the Wines in My Subscription?

Swapping out your wines is simple!

Based on your ratings and favorites we select wines for you that we know you’re going to love. Before each monthly subscription shipment you will receive the list of the wines we have selected for you. If you want to make any changes, just email us at members@kuvee.com  within 24 hours from receiving your selection email, so that we can make the changes.

Here’s what to expect from your monthly subscription program:

  1. You sip the wines from your monthly subscription and rate them on your Connect™. This helps us predict what other wines you will love.
  2. We send you an email before we are getting ready to curate your shipment and ask you to tell us anything we should know like “I’m having a dinner party this month” or “I’m interested in trying 2 different Pinot Noirs”
  3. We take all that information plus what you’ve filled out in your wine profile and put together the 4 wines we think you’ll love to try out this month.
  4. We send you the list 1 week prior to shipment to get the thumbs up from you. If you’d really rather receive something different, let us know within 24 hours of receiving the email, so we can swap it out.
  5. We pack up the wines and send them your way.
