Before going further, make sure you have already set up an account at kuvee.com/account. Creating an account is separate from purchasing your Connect™, unless you are a part of our monthly membership. If you have not yet created an account, go to kuvee.com and follow these instructions.
If you have already set up an account, verify the spelling and that you are using the correct email address that you used when setting up an account.
Depending on your email provider, there may occasionally be a lag in the receipt of these types of emails from Kuvée. Please allow 5-10 minutes before re-requesting a password reset. You should also check your spam folder to make sure the email was not flagged as spam.
