I don't see the set-up screens when I first turn on my Connect™

When you turn on your Connect, you should see an account set up screen (expected start up screen below). If you turn on your Connect for the first time and you are presented with a grape menu (unexpected start up screen below), follow the steps outlined.

  1. Click the top center circle.
  2. If the register button appears, click it, then click OK.
  3. Connect to the Wi-Fi network, by selecting your Wi-Fi network and entering your password.
  4. You will see a success screen appear. Click reboot to complete your dispenser setup
