I'm part of the monthly wine subscription service and want to switch out one of my wines.

Your monthly Kuvée subscription entitles you to customized shipments based on your tastes and feedback. Before each monthly subscription shipment you will receive the list of the 4 wines we have selected for you that month. If you want to make any changes, just email us (support@kuvee.com) within 5 days from the receipt of your selection email, so that we can make the changes. 

Here’s what to expect from your monthly subscription program:

  1. You sip the wines from your monthly subscription and rate them on your Kuvée. This helps us predict what other wines you will love. 
  2. We send you an email before we are getting ready to curate your shipment and ask you to tell us anything we should know like “I’m having a dinner party this month” or “I’m interested in trying 2 different Pinot Noirs”
  3. We take all that information plus what you’ve filled out in your wine profile and put together the 4 wines we think you’ll love to try out this month.
  4. We send you the list 10 days prior to shipment to get the thumbs up from you. If you’d really rather receive something different, let us know within 5 days from receiving the email, so we can swap it out.
  5. We pack up the wines and send them your way.
