My refill bottle won't fit into my Kuvée bottle

After you remove the cap, and puncture the seal, place the refill bottle into your Kuvée bottle.

When your refill bottle connects to your Kuvée bottle two things will happen. First you'll hear the bottle click in to place, so make sure you press up until you hear a click.

Second you'll see the label of the wine appear on the touchscreen. Once this happens, you know you are good to start pouring. 

If the refill bottle won't click in and appears to not fit, remove the refill bottle and make sure the screw cap is removed. While you're at it, make sure the foil tab on the refill bottle's neck has been punctured or peeled off. Don't throw away the cap, you'll want to place it back on the refill bottle, once you remove it from your Kuvée bottle after pouring.
