My wine tastes bad. Can I return it?

While our system is designed to maintain high wine quality, very rarely there will be flaws.

If you think you received a wine refill that has gone bad, we'll absolutely send you a new bottle to replace it. Just contact us at support@kuvee.com so that we can get you a new one right away. When you email us, please also let us know if the bottle appeared to either leak out of the top or the side.

Please don't throw away the bad bottle just yet. We'll likely send you a box to return it, so we can examine it. This will help us determine what went wrong to prevent any future issues. 

Alternatively, if the wine refill tasted great upon opening, but went bad much sooner than the expected, please contact us at support@kuvee.com.
