Help! My Kuvée isn't charging.

Okay, let's check a few things.

1. Make sure you are using the wall wart that came with your Kuvée to attach to your charger. Alternate charging options (like USB outlets, USB plugs on other devices) can have variable current and when the battery is low, it can be an issue.

2. Place the Kuvée on the charger and give it 20 minutes.

3. Try holding down the grape button for 10 seconds. This should reboot your Kuvée.

If the Kuvée still isn't charging, please contact support@kuvee.com and let us know the serial number on the bottom of your bottle and anything out of the ordinary that might have happened so we can investigate that for you.
